IT Technician

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for an IT Technician to be based in Saudi Arabia to a ssist the country IT Manager in all aspects of IT support both in the office and field based employees in line with Wood IT policies to streamline support and maintain efficient delivery <br><ul><li> Assist the IT Manager in all aspects of IT support both in office and remotely </li><li> Compile and update accurate tracking for all IT assets across all offices </li><li> Perform in office IT assurance and problem solving </li><li> Support site staff with remote IT assistance </li><li> Image new computers / laptops for new employees </li><li> Liaise with Kyndryl (Formally IBM) to ensure correct software and hardware configuration </li><li> Ensure all staff have the correct IT hardware and issue as required </li><li> Support the client as required by the respective contracts </li><li> Administer systems supported locally (telephone, security...) </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Technical IT degree, certification in IT support or relevant experience </li><li> Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook is required </li><li> Experience in Oracle system and SharePoint is a plus </li><li> Adherence to IT security policies </li><li> Excellent administrative skills </li><li> Strong communication skills </li><li> Team oriented and results focused </li><li> Can do and proactive approach </li><li> Detail oriented and organized </li><li> Commitment to continuous learning and development </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
