Repack/Product Customization Planner

Auto req ID: 262092BR Job Description NPD (New Product Development): Analyze & calculate the need for repacking & timings on the basis of forecast from BU Demand planning. During launch, monitor the true demand and send changes in game plans (Note EM: should that not sit with Demand planner) Product customization/re-pack Planning: Plan and follow up on the repack planning at the 3PL, based on the demand plan, agreed stock parameters and 3PL lead-times. Co-ordinate WIP and Material availability where required to production timing at 3PL. Provide necessary information to repack partners on time Contact person for the shopper marketers Align with the Supply planner for ensuring the timely flows of perfect and re-packing products Tracked KPIs : DII, Customer service level, Low Code & SLA adherence. Data Steward: Ensure NPD’s are set up in the systems correctly (JDA, SAP, 3PL systems) 3PL Specifications for re-packing Provide the right specifications (conditions, timings, etc) to GP for effectively assessing repacking 3PL suppliers in order to select the most appropriate supplier Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education equivalent or proven strong thinking/ problem solving skills - able to identify and remove obstacles to progress Very good analytical skills with great attention to detail Track record of performance in supply chain planning, preferably distribution requirements experience in FMCG Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work collaboratively in a multifunctional environment Customer oriented: professional level of listening & communication and preferably experience with trade customers and/or logistics partners Experience in carrying out optimization projects Solid understanding and technical capability to use integrated planning systems, preferred: JDA & SAP or local ERP/IT systems Good knowledge of English Leadership & Individual Effectiveness/Key Behaviors: Quickly analyses complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions Balances competing priorities without losing momentum behind execution Transforms data and information into meaningful insights Takes the initiative to find ways to get better results Exhibits a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges Keeps others informed so there are no unnecessary surprises Understands and uses informal networks at the appropriate level to get things done Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular
