Auto req ID: 262266BR Job Description Manages onboarding and adaptation processes for RUBUCCA Drives onboarding automation project Designs, organizes and facilitates Onboarding events for L6+: engages sr.leaders to participate, supports them in decks preparation, ensures materials are up to date Facilitates Welcome sessions to new-hires Design learning plan for BreakOut program Partners with sector in designing Dare to Do More learning plan Designs and delivers lifelong learning events: from the idea to realization Participates in HR projects Manages Ad-hoc projects and requests Qualifications/Requirements Successful Project Management abilities, delivering upon work streams within high priority projects with both short and long-term deliverables.
