Job Description Johnson & Johnson has an exciting opportunity for a newly created position as Projects & Finance Transformation Manager to join our Finance team in Cork. The role will lead the finance transformation activities for all Janssen Ireland entities and will provide diligent project management expertise to JBS Finance in close collaboration with the JBS PMO and Digital organization. This role reports to the Finance Director, Janssen Business Services Ireland. This position can be based in any JBS Site (Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland). Main Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices, including opportunities arising from Project SigniFi. Prioritize, support & coordinate the implementation of processes identified for standardisation and digital automation Collaborate with JBS digitalization organisation and contribute to overall design strategy and implement best practices for JBS IE (e.g. Close Cockpit Tool) Participate in selected SigniFi projects such as CCER, Quick Wins, and lead deployment within JBS IE. Assume responsibility of Signifi Change Agent for IE. Collaborate with Senior Finance Manager, Tax & Statutory Reporting to develop automated solutions for legal, tax and statutory processes Provide project governance guidance to Leads for Blackline Intercompany Hub rollout for JBS IE Partner with local business process owners to identify and roadmap process improvement opportunities across multiple Finance processes for JBS IE (ICO, Inventory mgmt, PTP, FP&R, Hedging etc) Provide technical insight and project management capabilities to evaluate, select and implement innovative solutions Support detailed process and activities analysis, identify opportunities, and translate to actionable proposals Deliver and organize training based on identified needs to support effective change management Partner with SAP Technical SME to identify and develop ERP enhancements by leveraging best in class practices Partner with multiple cross sector stakeholders to identify and develop standardized methodologies in line with the J&J future finance model ( IT, Supply Chain, Corporate, Compliance…..) Lead the execution of implementation of projects as required, to meet business objectives including corporate initiatives. Qualifications Key Requirements for this role Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or equivalent MBA and/or Professional certification (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA) preferred Minimum 7 years relevant experience in a Finance Manager/Project Manager role in a multinational environment A track record of driving Change Management, embedding Process Excellence, and leveraging best practice Project Management tools would be an advantage Experience working within an ERP environment (SAP, SAP Hana) Good knowledge of US GAAP, SOX internal control and Healthcare Compliance Results and performance driven with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong problem-solving skills are required Excellent communication and strong presentation skills. Ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels Highly motivated and organized individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills Good knowledge of US GAAP, SOX internal control and Healthcare Compliance Multifunctional business services experience (IT, HR, Finance).
