Site Project Administrator

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood (trading locally as WoodKSS) is currently looking for a Site Project Admin to join our team in Tengiz. (KZ passport holders only) <br><br>Under general supervision, performs both standard and advanced secretarial duties <br><br> Requires skills in spreadsheet and word processing software and thorough knowledge of practices and procedures of the function and company policy and procedures in general <br><br> May use independent judgment in defining methods and procedures to reach an end product for administrative tasks <br><br> Receives visitors, reads and routes incoming mail, and processes paperwork such as invoices, operations reports, purchasing documentation, or related reports <br><br> May be responsible for filing or compiling periodic reports or updating a database <br><br> May make travel arrangements and reservations, schedule appointments, or administer personnel working schedules <br><br> May generate and maintain confidential files and reports <br><br> Standard procedures exist for most duties <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br>Technical Degree <br><br> 2 -4 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry <br><br> Requires good spreadsheet abilities, documentation is to be presented <br><br> Knowledge in the use of Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint <br><br> Good English level spoken and written <br><br> Good communication Skills <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
