Document Control Specialist

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood (trading locally as JSC WOOD KSS) is looking for Document Control Specialist (KZ passport holders only) to join our team in Atyrau. <br><br>Responsibilities: <br><ul><li> Supervises a staff of Document and Data Specialists in executing all documentation processes on the project </li><li> Interfaces with project material control, scheduling, expediting, and client engineering to coordinate the documentation work </li><li> Defines and directs, with engineering and the client, requirements and maintains project record keeping system </li><li> Training new users on the usage of the IMIS system, particularly in Documentum </li><li> Accountability for ensuring implementation and compliance with Project Policies and Processes </li><li> Monitoring information in IMIS on a regular basis to ensure that collection and reporting standards are being maintained </li><li> Ensuring that Contractors are trained and competent in the use of IMIS and project standards / procedures for issue of documentation </li><li> Reporting to Lead Document Controller </li><li> Issuing Project weekly reports </li><li> Working with back logs via system </li><li> Providing support as per project requirements </li><li> Ensuring of Data Handover and Close out processes </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br>Higher education and experience not less than 5 years <br><br> Proven experience in Engineering Office Document Management <br><br> Sound knowledge of Document management systems <br><br> Sound knowledge of DATA management systems <br><br> Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook <br><br> Experienced with spreadsheets and standard templates <br><br> Communication Skills <br><br> Good English <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
