MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

<ul><li>Read Technical Drawings and set up the machines in accordance with these drawings</li><li>Develop CNC milling program and use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly</li><li>Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality</li><li>Prepare the tooling and fixture required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise</li><li>Develop fixture and customize tooling when needed</li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <ul><li>Familiar with Edgecam</li><li>Familiar with Autocad</li><li>Familiar with WINTOOL is preferred</li><li>Experience programming in Milling Machine with Fanuc, Mazatrol and Sinumerik controller</li><li>Experience working in manufacturing setting is required</li><li>Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings</li><li>Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential</li><li>Possessed a positive and professional attitude</li></ul>
