Project Scheduler

What will you do? The Prefabricated Data Centers have been driving a tremendous growth to the segment during last years. DATA CENTER SYSTEMS Line of Business integrates Schneider products into modular enclosures, test the systems in the factory and deliver the final solution to the country of destination. The Project Planner/Scheduler will have the responsibility to help the project team to successfully deliver these projects after the PO and through the main project phases, such as design, procurement, production and testing. Therefore, the Project Planner shall: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver Modular Data Centers for country based and global customers worldwide Build the schedules that during the tendering phase that will be attached to our commercial offers Investigate with Supply Chain the ETA of the main components Confirm with the internal SE factories and external factories the breakdown of the activities and their durations Work closely with the Project Managers to confirm the adherence to the committed schedule Supply Chain Provide inputs to the Supply Chain team so they can investigate the ETA of the components Help to consolidate the forecasted needs Tendering Work with the Tender Manager to build the high-level schedule with the committed dates attached to our offers Engage with the factories that will integrate our solutions to confirm durations Identify critical paths and include buffers when needed Identify potential schedule risks for future offers Execution Work with internal and external factories that will integrate our solutions to build the granular schedule Keep track on the critical path of the project schedule and potential impacts to it Work with the factories to track status of works and update schedule accordingly Report the status to the Project Managers and help them to identify risks and mitigation plans when needed Pro-actively manage the project critical path to identify potential schedule impacts for the Project Manager to mitigate Reinforce consistent practices across project management teams Improve Interface with Cross-functional teams and with Corporate project office to continuously improve project execution processes Contribute towards performance reviews in partnership with functional managers What qualifications will make you successful?
