Auto req ID: 261937BR Job Description The role is being created as part of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Operating Model. The role is a complex larger scale senior role, operating across Multiple Functions/Categories and stakeholders, as well as in a huge geography with unstable macros. As a member of the E2E SC Team, the SCF Manager is expected to have an impact on the financials and value realisation of the E2E BU Supply Chain through their business partnership to SC LT: Partnering SCF BP and SC LT on Business Development activity including Transformation, Sourcing Footprint, Outsourcing, etc. to drive value realisation in E2E SC & Sustainable year-on-year reductions in cost / increase in ROIC; Partnering with SCF BP and SC LT on Trade-off & Task & Opportunity/risk management as part of PxF/ ACP/AOP sign-off; Evaluate E2E Performance/ Liaise with SCF Planning Leads and identify any trends that need further performance analysis and intervention; Leading deep-dives to fully understand and address E2E Performance issues; Support SCF BP and SC LT in preparation of proper business cases and review soundness of financials; probe for alternatives; make recommendations; Working through and sharing best practice with peers in Developed and Developing SCF teams. Qualifications/Requirements Education – University degree essential Minimum 6 years of relevant finance experience (or equivalent) and multi countries working experience at least 1-2 years (Sector or BUCCA roles) Role requires proven Operating Business Partner experience / depth & breadth of capability in Supply Chain Role requires proven Thinking Skills, Hunger and Curiosity to influence Strategic Finance Agenda Role requires proven ability to drive large scale change initiatives Role requires proven Influencing Skills with higher level of Stakeholders (L10/11+) Role is expected to make Significant Contribution to Long Term Growth of the business Role requires to some extent both Tactical (without manager) and Strategic Decision Making (with reference to Manager) Role requires fluent English Role requires strong natural Networker Позиция открыта в Вимм-Билль-Данн, Москва.
