Senior Solution Architect, Digital Grid - APAC

What will you do? We are now on the search for a Senior Solution Architect Digital Grid Solutions to work with customers to and the Business Development leaders to create new opportunities through customer focused solutions. In this role you will mentor other solution architects as well as work with the Schneider Businesses to develop offers for key customers where we have a significant Digital Grid Solutions footprint (ADMS, GIS, Grid Edge) and newly minted accounts. You will support the business development efforts through developing unique offers and creating cross Schneider Electric offers when opportunities are led by Digital Grid solutions. The role will focus for on the solution design, presentation and creation, this will be supporting the sales BDMs and enabling innovation and partnerships for new growth opportunities. The role will mentor and develop other customer solution architects in the group. Your success in this role will be measured by quality of solutions, customer uptake and uplift in sales. This is an influential role reporting to the Regional Director – East Asia & Pacific Digital Grid Solutions, working with the Leadership and Business Development Teams, building strong trust relationship and collaboration across the enterprise. What you bring to the equation: Key to success will be understanding the segment and the customer perspective and challenging the business for the right solution to increase success.
