Position Title: Supply Chain Specialist 2. Sector: Janssen 3. Location: Taipei, Taiwan Job Objective: The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible to support supply chain-related works, including logistics of goods imports, inventory reconciliation, maintaining records of information for tracking and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Act as a point of contact with 4PL on inventory management receiving /storage of inbound shipment supply planning at batch level conducting physical count inventory reconciliation in the system Act as a point of contact with customs broker on inbound shipments ensure timely customs clearance of goods import validation of customs declaration form import data compilation and document filing Collaborate with relevant business partners to support/meet compliance requirements Raise payment requests to vendors Master data maintenance in the planning systems Support other ad-hoc requests assigned as needed Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Logistics Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in supply chain or logistics function Good command of English in both verbal and written Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Team player, fast learner, embrace change and complexity Customer-centric mindset Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables) Qualifications see above Primary Location Taiwan-Taipei-Taipei- Organization Johnson & Johnson Taiwan, Ltd.
