TA Solutions Insights and Analytics Lead

The TA Solutions Insights and Analytics Lead, will partner with Global TA Solutions leadership to advance data and talent analytics capabilities, products, and services across TA Solutions services globally. Serving as a subject matter expert, the TA Solutions Insights and Analytics Lead, will drive a consistent and effective research & data strategy across the Global TA Solutions organization. Reporting directly to the Manager, TA Solutions; the TA Solutions Insights and Analytics Lead will: Serve as subject matter expert in quantitative & qualitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to identify trends, opportunities, and influence global Talent Acquisition Solutions strategies with data-based insights Serve as center of excellence for all Talent Insights professionals in J&J globally, includes training for quality and techniques Build process-related strategic talent insights capabilities across the Global TA Solutions organization, and contribute to the ideation, design, development and execution of insights products and services to enhance J&J’s capability in making strategic talent decisions Partner with TA Solutions leadership to incorporate and champion “agile methodology” across the Global TA Solutions services Partner closely with TA Solutions Leads to enable project design & execution in the areas of data analytics, competitive research & analysis, labor trends, and internal & external marketplace dynamics Develop and shape Executive Insights reporting globally Track Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to drive performance across all Global TA Solutions services Remain current on leading external analytical capabilities and bring new knowledge into the Global TA Solutions organization Qualifications Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Master’s degree or PhD is preferred. A minimum of 6 years of talent acquisition, research, analytics, or other relevant experience in a highly collaborative environment is required. Must have the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive actionable business insights. Has a sizeable portfolio of projects that demonstrate leading research insights and analytics initiatives for clients or for internal stakeholders. Project Management skills are preferred. The ability to identify risks/issues, analyze data, assess implications, formulate recommendations, and influence outcomes is required. Must have the ability to work in a matrix organization; will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Functional Business Leaders around the globe.
