Plan, develop and translate Product Line strategic planning into operational plans, including Sales and marketing strategy Develop an integrated business plan for product commercialization and achieving Sales and Profit objectives within TA. Complete understanding of the markets, applications and requirements of specific Product Line segments. Establish fact-based market intelligence and marketing research of product mix, competitors, and customers’ business outlook. Support Product Line strategies and product/market focus to provide maximum commercial opportunities. Ensure customers’ needs are identified, prioritized and search for new, innovative ways to satisfy customers. Demonstrate through result-orientation that customers take top priority in daily work. Establish strong ties with customers through smart networking by using a spectrum of relationships, getting involved earlier in their processes, increasing frequency of interactions, have cross functional and higher management level adopt key customers. Hold employees accountable for delivery of results and living up to company core values. Maintain highest possible quality standards and performance in the face of high work demands, including promptly address all customers’ needs and concerns. Set measurable standards of excellence for self and employees within the organization.
