This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request.<br><br>As a Technical Support Engineer - Coiled Tubing, you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process <br><br> &bull; Being the subject matter expert for the relevant area of support <br><br> &bull; Supporting the field technically through different media <br><br> &bull; Providing 24/7 support for critical operations in the field when needed <br><br> &bull; Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and compliance requirements <br><br> &bull; Following up on field failures that requires technology involvement <br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br> &bull; Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering <br><br> &bull; Have 5+ years of relevant work experience in Coiled Tubing <br><br> &bull; Have thorough understanding of P/L technology & service delivery requirements <br><br> &bull; Be able to work in a 24/7 service environment, based on an agreed shift schedule <br><br> &bull; Have good communication skills both verbal and written in English <br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
