<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Prospectus is excited to be supporting our client in their search for an Individual Giving Fundraiser. You will be joining a small, committed and successful team to lead and deliver an Individual Giving strategy.</p>
<p>As the Individual Giving Fundraiser you will test new approaches, particularly around digital innovation, as well as building on existing work to drive forwards a robust case for support to significantly grow income for the organisation. The role will focus on all aspects of Individual Giving, including gifts in wills and legacy fundraising. You will have budget responsibilities and will need to provide monthly reporting on insight and analysis, as well as feeding into quarterly forecasts.</p>
<p>You will be an experienced Individual Giving Fundraiser, who can confidently develop and implement a new strategy, and look to significantly grow income in line with targets and future forecasts. You will understand the need to ensure a good return on investment, and continually look to test new ideas and develop approaches that are fit for purpose, ensuring donors are recognised and stewarded effectively. You will also need to be creative and confident in building strong cases for support to bring The Ramblers' work to life.</p>
