<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Prospectus is excited to be supporting our client with their recruitment of a Fundraising Officer.</p>
<p>Our client is Brighton &amp; Hove's only day centre for 16-25-year-olds who are homeless or insecurely housed. Their clients are either rough sleeping or living in temporary accommodation which leaves them vulnerable to exploitation, violence and abuse and at increased risk of poor mental and physical heath. Through one-to-one case-working, the organisation support their clients to identify a pathway out of their situations so that they can look forward to more positive futures.</p>
<p>As the Fundraising Officer you will join a small friendly team to build on the successful income generated from Trusts &amp; Foundations, corporate partners, community organisations and individual supporters. You will submit applications to relevant funders and working closely with another fundraiser develop meaningful relationships with businesses, individuals and groups.</p>
<p>To be successful in this role you will have experience in at least one of the above areas with ambitions to broaden your skillset. You will be enthusiastic and motivated to help the organisation achieve their annual income targets and will support the delivery of the organisation's fundraising activities. It is a really exciting time to join the organisation as they continue to help more and more young adults.</p>
