Your Role: SolarWinds is looking for a regional marketing specialist with French. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing and very friendly Marketing Team! You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and other teams to execute on a variety of broad-based marketing programs (such as events, webinars, email marketing, telemarketing, display, social, etc.) in line with our regional marketing strategy. Candidates must have the ability to manage a regional marketing program, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to do whatever it takes to meet aggressive deadlines. And because we’re metrics driven, we’re also looking for someone with a strong analytical acumen, ability to review data, draw accurate conclusions and make improvements. Responsibilities Your Impact: Support the planning, creation and development of multi-channel campaigns, including content creation, localization and production of marketing collateral and various marketing initiatives Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment Demonstrated ability to manage relationships both internally with different teams and externally with customers/partners Develop & execute quarterly marketing plans in alignment with company & sales objectives Manage partner performance, MDF spend, and deliver cross-functional MBRs & QBRs Plan & manage revenue-driving marketing activities to and through EMEA channel partners, including events, email marketing, telemarketing, display, social and web merchandising Analyze and continually monitor and measure all owned activities and budget spend, report on metrics and propose improvements where needed Plan & oversee execution of all channel comms across EMEA & APJ, including webinars, emails, newsletters & PSC - monitor performance & optimise Report on channel marketing performance and assess against business targets. Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights Collaborate with key suppliers and manage agencies to achieve targets Manage regular product launches and updates to EMEA channel Manage initiatives aligned to business need that drive growth in EMEA Channel Participate in the planning and development of channel events, including agenda development, event flow, pre-event marketing, on-site participation and collateral Support the Channel Marketing Manager to fulfill both near term and long-term goals regionally, drawing insights and pivoting to implement changes and improvements Qualifications Your Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree required 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience – preferably within a SaaS company or tech related environment Fluency in English essential, and fluent French is a distinctive advantage Understanding of basic principles of marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google AdWords, Social, HTML, Web Analytics Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel Fast learner, detail orientated & execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast paced rapidly changing environment A can do, high energy self – starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in collaborative work environments Ability to analyse campaigns, implement recommendations and see projects through to completion Experience working cross-functionally to execute projects is required Benefits: Hybrid work Learning and growth opportunities Great people!
