<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Recruitment Consultancy - Resourcer role and Trainee Recruitment Consultant role in Reading - Permanent Role - immediate start - Recruitment Consultancy - Trainee Recruitment Consultant Reading</p><p>Recruitment Consultancy - Finding and placing candidates into Specialist schools for Mental Health and Special Educational Needs, providing empathetic candidates to support and raise attainment within a very specialised environment.</p><p>I am looking for graduates who are genuinely interested in the issues associated with Mental Health, Social Justice, Youth Advocacy, Criminal Justice and Special Educational Needs. A key element of this role is sincerity, taking the time to care to find the right individuals to raise mental health and academic attainment within our client schools. </p><p>You will be looking for and providing the therapists, psychologists, youth/criminal justice officers and teachers of the future. The role is nuanced as different candidates are required for each context and school, not all candidates are suitable for every role, or, will be interested in every role.</p><p>You will be trained intensively on many different areas:</p><p>Responsibilities within the Resourcing and Trainee Recruitment Consultant Reading</p><p>**Finding suitable candidates to work in Alternative Provisions, Specialist SEN schools and colleges for students with Complex Learning Needs</p><p>**Understanding the needs of your schools AND candidates, assessing the requirements of schools and their vulnerable students</p><p>**Considering the factors that affect approaches to mental health within different schools and families</p><p>**Resourcing suitable teachers, TAs and LSAs for our Recruitment Consultants across the South East of England</p><p>**Treating each candidate with respect, being able to assess who and who isn't suitable to work within these contexts with vulnerable children</p><p>**Getting candidates clear for work as quickly as possible</p><p>**Progression - Opportunities and natural progression to become a Recruitment Consultant if that is a key objective</p><p>If you like a genuinely fast paced, interactive environment where you are speaking to tens of candidate every day, you should love this role!
