Due to expansion we have an exciting opportunity within our team as a Sales Specialist supporting our Energy portfolio based out of Dublin. Purpose of the role YOU will manage your territory as if it is your own business, creating & driving new opportunities whilst maintaining core business. YOU will be the central point of contact for Surgeons, Theatre and Hospital teams to become a trusted support as they deliver the best possible care for their patients. What to expect: Execute ETHICON sales and marketing strategies to increase our presence in the surgical market & convert competitor business Create ambitious business plans which YOU will execute with pace & accountability Achieve Business goals in line with CREDO Values Identify and understand customer challenges, help find solutions using the full breath of Johnson & Johnson / ETHICON resources Provide first class service to customers including but not limited to: Product training, In-service training, Professional Education, Preceptorships et Work collaboratively with your Surgical Sales team Colleagues, Business lead, and J&J teams & functions to maximise the benefits of working in a larger organisation Be knowledgeable of changing healthcare dynamics in the surgical market and provide timely updates to Business Lead & Marketing so that strategies can be developed and modified accordingly Adhere in full to Johnson & Johnson HCC (Healthcare Compliance) Standards and standards of Business Conduct Qualifications Who are we looking for? A proven track record of high achievement in Medical Sales Solid understanding of the Irish Hospital environment, both HSE & Private Astute commercial drive and acuity Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to confidently present complex information Educated to degree level – a Business or Science degree would be advantageous but not essential What type of mark will YOU make?
