LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience & exposure in various duties/functions in complex organizations • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in senior sales role preferably in industrial application segment (e.g., oil & gas, petrochemical, pulp & paper and distributed power generation). • Be a collaborating team player • Demonstrable evidence of successful projects or service business execution and Contracts management experience in rotating equipment (preferred) • Strong experience in Environment, Health and Safety • Motivate, lead, coach and empower the team to deliver the best results Strong passion and proven success in achieving profitable business growth, Distinct customer orientation and strong customer interface skills Your responsibilities Business Management / Client Management • Provide guidance and expertise to client and internal stakeholder in helping to manage day-to-day operations. • Ensure and improve Customer Satisfaction • Defining and delivering the strategy for Services contracts in Malaysia aligned with the overall Siemens Energy strategy. • Identify, assess, and inform the Siemens Energy Management of external and internal (Finance, Operations, Technical) issues Program Planning and Management • Ensure that the programs and services offered contribute to the Siemens Energy mission. • Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects. Financial Planning and Management • Ensure compliance with all legislation covering taxation and withholding payments. • Maintaining the P/L, developing forecasts and budgets. • Assist to oversee financial forecasts for revenue/costs Your opportunities for personal growth · Excellent opportunity for personal development covering multiple facets of business management LET’S TALK ABOUT US The Industrial Applications is one of the divisions within Gas & Power, Siemens Energy.
