Document Manager

<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Massy Wood Ltd. is currently seeking expressions of interest for a <b>Document Manager</b> role (listed below) for a potential project to be based in Trinidad.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Review work breakdown structure (WBS) for assigned project(s) based on the relevant Project Management Methodology (PMM) Stage Gate requirements based on prior knowledge and experience.</li>
<li>Review project scope documentation with input from all internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Review integrated project execution plan for assigned project(s) in line with oil and gas and petrochemical industry codes and standards and prior knowledge and experience.</li>
<li>Develop or review the Integrated Project Documentation Management Plan for assigned project(s) in line with Document Management guidelines, Asset Integrity Management Policy and Process Safety Management policy</li>
</ul>

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b></p>

<li>First Degree in Engineering (BSc, BEng).</li>
<li>Membership of a professional body preferred.</li>
<li>Typically a minimum of 5-10 years&
39; relevant experience.</li>
<li>National citizen or permanent resident of Trinidad &amp; Tobago</li>
</ul>
