Handle clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders. Handle difficult customer situations and will take their issues/concerns/complaints to completion. Provide ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business, improve customer experience and/or specific clinical treatments. Closely work side by side to provide assistance to the sales and marketing organization. Participate in Invisalign Pro meetings as facilitator and/or host. Proficiency in all align treat proprietary software. In this role, you will… Serve as Clinical leader of the team, addressing complex clinical inquiries and providing solutions when a high level of technical knowledge is required. Manage clinical educational content to fulfill customers’ needs Ensure clinical content is up to date on the latest product and software releases and communicate this effectively to the team Ensure the educational content is compliant with regulatory, legal and branding guidelines. Manage ideas and conduct initiatives and projects to improve the business and enhance customer experience Facilitate clinical training to internal clinical teams in collaboration with L&D Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain buy-in on collaborative efforts In this role, you’ll need … Normally requires a Bachelor Degree, or may have a Master’s Degree from a four-year college or university Typically has 6+ years of directly related experience Post-graduate coursework may be expected Leadership Listening, questioning and probing skills Strategic thinker Good communicator Stakeholder management Training design Project management Process mapping May have courses and/or additional study on orthodontics An Orthodontic Post-Graduate Degree is a plus Be profiency in English Sound like a good fit?      Great!
