We aim to meet clients expectations, as part of Baker Hughes operations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that we maximize short and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunities. You'll oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our offshore customers. In this dynamic role, you'll coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries, ensuring delivery to our customers.<br><br>As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars, Protect the health and safety of our personnel and the environment</li><li>Coordinating and monitor all job activities., Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for BKR.</li><li>Constructing business plans incorporating essential market drivers and all obtainable analytics, while monitoring and adjusting plan according to shifts, emerging conditions, and threats to the business. Demonstrating good leadership by championing corporate initiatives, and by planning and leading country operation meetings.</li><li>Providing continuous coaching and development to team to create and maintain value in the segment and act quickly to address service delivery performance deficiencies and rectify them.</li><li>Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash. Own profit growth to meet defined Country/ region profit increase goals by developing and executing a country/regional plan to maximize revenue and operating income</li><li>Collaborating with sales/commercial teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and ensuring Quality plans are in line with our job cycle process.</li><li>Leading and drive continuous cost efficiency alternatives while maintaining excellence in service delivery, Preparation and handling required resources for growth including equipment, personnel</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have minimum 8 YRS Experience in Cementing services , 5 YRS managerial/ coordination experience.</li><li>Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex issues internally and externally</li><li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers and suppliers</li><li>Have experience working with multiple internal teams to execute logistics to meet customer requirements</li><li>Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment</li><li>Have minimum Highs school diploma or Engineering degree (preferred )</li><li>Have a Project Management experience preferred</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
