This is a leadership role for a large and complex organization with local scope and you will manage other senior professional or executive leaders.<br><br>As a Saudi Surface Pressure Control (SPC) Leader, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Presenting a clear and compelling vision on strategy, business and support of own unit.</li><li>Persuading senior business management to change structures, roles, and ways of working.</li><li>Gauging a multi-layered department and leading the team in developing and implementing a midterm plan.</li><li>Leading a department (functional area or organizational unit) that is composed of different teams and working on multinational or even global level or leadership roles for large and complex organizations with local scope.</li><li>Working in a high professional level that requires a solid technological and methodological background of the employees working in those departments.</li><li>Dedicating time not only to complex cases requiring interpretation and ad hoc development of rules but also in developing new approaches, methods and tools.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Master degree in Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Have minimum of 15 years' experience in Surface Pressure Control business management, technical Wellhead products, Project Management, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering.</li><li>Have minimum of 5 years' experience in managing Oil and Gas projects with excellent customer experience.</li></ul><br><br>Desired Characteristics:<br><ul><li>Have strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Have ability to work independently.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
