Project Manager

What will you do? Key Deliverables: Establish professional relationships with customers to ensure highest customer satisfaction Support the Sales team as liaison from Schneider for all aspects related to Execution Managing the interest of all stakeholders (Customer, Schneider Electric, suppliers, etc) in the project. Ensures that the project is managed as per the agreed project schedule Monitor and Control the financial status of the project (Estimate at Completion (EAC), Billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty). Accurately report the status (resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects on all key metrics. Commercial and Contract Management including but not limited to managing the process of scope definition and change control, scope variations etc. Risk Management Apply applicable Schneider Quality and project management procedures. Ensure all technical issues are resolved in timely manner by the technical team Ensure that projects are properly closed out by resolving all technical, commercial, and legal issues. Report relevant new business opportunities to account / Sales managers Support the sales team during the tendering phase with proposal deliverables e.g. risk/opportunity, engineering estimates, project plan, planning Participate in the continuous improvement process with respect to project management procedures, guidelines and tools highlighting any possible areas where improvements can be made. Ensures optimum utilization of resources assigned on projects. (In line with set targets) Represents voice of delivery to customers, customers voice to delivery leadership. Key Metrics: Project Margin improvement as per assigned goal in the Financial Year Full compliance to established company processes Full compliance to usage of project management tools, other company tools Cost control to execute within allocated budget. Accurate Resource forecasting On time delivery as per agreed project schedule On time billing as per agreed milestones Client Satisfaction Productivity & quality improvement What qualifications will make you successful? 15 years in Oil & Gas with last 5+ years as Project Manager/Project Management role Previous experience of working with end users in Middle East preferred Proven success working with all levels of management Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills Strong analytical skills What's in it for me?
