Solution Engineer

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? Within the first year you should be able to: work on sales plan execution with an Account Team, with focus on most important VMware solutions. become strong professional with whole VMware portfolio. become a strong professional in selected and most interesting areas (we call it SME, Subject Matter Expert) build relationships with sales teams and other internal & external stakeholders The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? The typical or average day will require from you: managing sales projects between a customer, account managers and your colleagues-specialists. taking the time to work on a variety of PoC’s (Proof of concept installation). preparing presentations for your customer meetings or a marketing event. Constant learning and further development through your role, preparing PoC’s, participating in an internal education workshops and other activities What is the leadership like for this role?
