Project Support Officer

<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Seqwater to deliver leading maintenance services in the water industry. These projects cover Southeast Queensland across multiple locations, assisting Seqwater to provide water for more than 3 million people.<br />
<br />
We are currently looking for an experienced person to provide office administration and support to our Minor Works and Maintenance Reliability team, which helps provide the development and successful delivery of Minor Capital Works projects in the Seqwater Asset Maintenance Program.<br />
<br />
This hybrid role can be based at any of our locations in the Greater Brisbane region - whatever suits you!<br />
<br />
At this time, we will only consider applications from Australian citizens or those with the required permit/VISA for this region, in place.<br />
<br />
<b>Key Responsibilities </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Support the team in the development and stakeholder review of the Minor Works Business Cases</li>
<li>Support planning including work scope documentation development, obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, and goods receipt of all required materials and specialised service agreements</li>
<li>Attend and minute Minor Works Meetings as required</li>
<li>Assist the team&
39;s Senior Trade in scheduling CIS works orders to the trades team</li>
<li>Provide administrative support for all Minor Capital Works reporting as required</li>
<li>Support the Minor Works team with TNA / HAZID tracking to ensure the team exceed the contract KPIs</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the Minor Works Project Managers / Officers with project close out checklist documentation including asset data and drawing updates</li>
<li>Observe and comply with all Seqwater Occupational Health and Safety standards and practices.</li>

<li>Demonstrated knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and corporate financial management systems</li>
<li>Knowledge of or the ability to acquire knowledge of Technology One, in particular previous knowledge of asset or works management principles</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience preparing reports and drafting complex and correspondence</li>
<li>Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor work programs, resources and associated logistics</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide assistance with the preparation of specifications and cost estimates</li>
<li>Demonstrated sound written, interpersonal and oral communication skills including the ability to consult with a range of Seqwater and Wood employees and contractors.</li>

<li>Minimum 5 years&
39; experience in relevant roles</li>
<li>Studies in Project / Asset Management would be an advantage</li>
<li>Possess a current &quot;C&quot; class Queensland Drivers Licence</li>
<li>Proficient Computer Skills (MS Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word) at immediate to advanced level.</li>
