Job Description Project Based Customer Experience Associate I Summary: As a Project Based Customer Experience Associate I you will be entering data that is vital to our customer’s day to day operation. What you get: Full-time Temporary, Employment (12 Months Contract) Hourly rate of $14.45 an hour Paid Training Great Work Environment Duties: Package tags for mailing by accurately matching assigned tags to correct customer. Prepare tag mailing kits, test and program new tags as well as complete processing of returned tags. Clean tags and create stragglers for re-issue and batch straggler tags into Vector as assigned. Accept and verify inventory shipments. Use of a pallet jack required to move and store inventory Apply appropriate postage to all outgoing mail, including tags. Maintain accurate physical tag inventory and tag inventory records. Duties may require some bending, sitting for long periods, pushing carts with tags, and lifting up to 50 LBS. Perform other various functions within the Department as needed. Follow all policy and procedures and meet performance and production standards. Basic Excel competency required. Schedules will range between – 2 shifts (M-F 7:30a-4:30p & Sat 8:00a-2:00p) & (M-F 10:00a-7:00p & Sat 8:00a-2:00p) Flexibility needed with scheduling to accommodate overtime during some mornings and some Saturdays. Prior clerical or warehouse experience Can commit to 100% attendance for up to three weeks of paid training. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
