Under general supervision, operate traveling or stationary crane to lift, move and position loads. Assist in the assembly, installation and repair of beam pumping units as assigned.<br><br>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (not listed in any particular order)<br><ul><li>Operates crane as required </li><li>Perform the assembly, installation, maintenance and repair of Beam Pumping Units as assigned</li><li>Reports all non-conformance/quality issues and/or potential problems related to any product to the Supervisor</li><li>May lead a job </li><li>Supervises and mentors Crane Operators I and II </li><li>Evaluates/troubleshoots and makes decisions as required</li><li>Executes LOTO Energy Isolation </li><li>Writes the JSA processes </li><li>Safely executes relevant SOPs </li><li>Work towards achieving Level 1 Pumping Unit Services competency</li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li>1-3 years related field experience </li><li>1-3 years related pumping unit experience </li><li>Able to demonstrate field/shop competency </li><li>Mechanical ability necessary to perform tasks </li><li>Valid driver's license (where applicable) </li><li>Good oral and written communication skills </li><li>Self-motivated, self starter </li><li>Must be able to follow instructions </li><li>Able to work closely with fellow employees </li><li>Relevant oilfield product knowledge </li><li>Mechanical ability necessary to perform job responsibilities </li><li>Crane Operator's License meeting regional requirement</li></ul>
