<p>Early Years Teaching Assistant</p><p> </p><p>A Hertfordshire Primary School are seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.</p><p> </p><p>The school is a vibrant and thriving community that is constantly growing and developing. They work hard to make sure children thrive and succeed and have a love for learning.</p><p> </p><p>The successful candidate will be working as a Teaching Assistant in a Reception Class assisting the class teacher to provide high levels of teaching and learning. As a Teaching Assistant you will be required to supervise and provide support in whole class situations and 1:1 support for students identified as needing additional support accessing the curriculum. Creating and developing resources and schemes of work will be required to support the teaching and learning as well as assisting in evaluating students progress through agreed assessment activities.</p><p> </p><p>Working hours for this role are 8:30am-3:00pm Monday to Friday.
