Your Profile University Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or comparable discipline from recognized accounting body is desirable 5-7 Years’ experience in commercial project management, preferably in an international service business environment Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP (Project/CO) and other relevant IT tools Expert hands-on experience of modeling in XL and visualization / presentation of data in Power Point Commercial project management-certification is preferrable Technical knowledge in the field of Servicing of Gas Turbines / Steam Turbines and Generators Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is desirable. Analytical thinking as well thinking out-of-the-box Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills. Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks. Ability to handle day to day Project related issues independently. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups. Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour. Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences. Your Responsibilities Hands-on attitude for successful execution the full scope of financial and commercial activities in accordance with Siemens Energy Project Excellence standards and Financial Reporting Guidelines Ability to handle and manage multiple projects alongside Field Services other transactional business. Managing, monitoring and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g., project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments) Monitoring, controlling and reporting of Project costs, assets, liabilities and cashflow of field service orders and multiple projects. Identifying, and signaling deviations, managing risks and opportunities, proposing corrective measures Preparation, handling and monitoring of BU forecasts and reflect them in the respective financial statements jointly with project team. Issuance and timely submission of Project billing as specified in customer contract and regulations. Providing information and commercial/financial reports necessary for project review, indicating deviations, recommending, and accompanying the action plans to be implemented Contribution to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process. Conduct and Lead monthly Project / Business Review Meetings, assigned action items and monitor the progress. Prepare and keep auditable documentation for Project / Field Service business Income Statement and Balance Sheet. Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet and to take necessary measures for corrections Proactively identification of Risks and taking necessary measures to mitigate these identified risks. Managing foreign currency risk in the projects in line with hedging/currency guidelines Managing PG methods in major projects and reporting of NFCP accordingly. Manage stakeholder’s requirements (customer, subcontractors, internal management, consortium partners and other team members etc…) Ensures proper handling of petty cash. Working as Finance Business Partner for PM and other business partners. Managing and reporting of multiple Projects in Project Dash or any other applicable tool.
