DIGITAL ACQUISITION MANAGER

<b> AQUISITION MANAGER (EIRLADLRO09) </b> <br> <br> We are looking for an Acquisition Manager within Eni's Aldro Energia in Madrid, Spain. You will be responsible for Customer acquisition through all online channels that support e-commerce, working with marketing to improve brand recognition and for acquiring new customers across digital channels to achieve targets <br> <br> <b>About Aldro Energia</b> <br> <br> Aldro Energia is an electricity, gas and energy efficiency marketer operating in Spain and Portugal, with headquarters in the Cantabrian town of Torrelavega. Our objective is to provide sustainable solutions that contribute to the energy transition. <br> <br> <b>As a member of the Digital Department at Aldro Energia, you will be responsible for:</b> <br><br><b>Duties</b> <br> <ul> <li> -Drive online revenue growth through customer acquisition across digital Marketing channels (SEA, Affiliation, Display, Paid Social) </li> <li> -Manage and allocate performance marketing budget across channels </li> <li> -Oversee campaign performance analysis, track KPIs and identify areas for improvement </li> <li> -Ideate in-house campaigns for conversion and lead generation </li> <li> Customer journey and attribution model analysis </li> <li> -Forecasting and planning of volumes/costs </li> <li> -Lead relationships with digital media agencies and key partners on a day-to-day basis </li> </ul> <br><br><b>This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:</b> <br> <ul> <li> 5-7 years of experience as digital acquisition manager for performance Campaign </li> <li> Excellence knowledge of display ADV, SEO/SEM, PPC/PPL/PPA, affiliation approaches. </li> <li> Good knowledge of Google Analytics and media analytics tools </li> <li> Good knowledge on social media marketing </li> <li> Experience developing, deploying, managing and reporting text ads, display and retargeting ads </li> <li> Exceptional troubleshooting skills, well organized, able to prioritize work for self and others </li> <li> Experience in managing digital media budget as well as coordinating agency and other media partners </li> <li> Exceptional troubleshooting skills, well organized, able to prioritize work for self and others </li> <li> Experience in managing digital media budget as well as coordinating agency and other media partners </li> </ul> <br><br><b>Location:</b> <br> <br> Madrid, Spain. <br> <br> <b>Contract type:</b> <br> <br> Permanent contract.
