<b>Overview</b><br />
<br />
Saudi Aramco&
39;s Global Manufacturing team is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to work in Global Manufacturing Excellence (GM) under the Technical Support team<br />
<br />
The technical support is a multi-disciplinary team provides the required high-quality technical support to GM operating facilities (Refineries, NGLF, and petrochemical plants) insides the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia &amp; across the globe.<br />
<br />
Your primary role is to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could affect plants operations. You are also required to develop (and/or adopt) and drive the implementation of asset reliability programs and best practices.<br />
<br />
<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</p>

<li>Facilitate and manage all reliability programs</li>
<li>Develop asset life strategies</li>
<li>Provide technical support to the operation team during the entire lifecycle of the plant&
39;s major equipment, analyzing their performances, operative conditions and boundaries, in order to guarantee reliable and safe operations.</li>
<li>Utilize knowledge and familiarity with the international standards in order to improve the equipment performance.</li>
<li>Implement the best-in-class solutions as foreseen by international standards and other internal company standards.</li>
<li>Lead efficiency improvement initiates and upgrading programs</li>
<li>Generate and calculate the asset KPIs for major equipment</li>
<li>Propose changes in operating modes, or technological improvement, or maintenance strategies implementation, in order to support the company vision of continuous improvement through collaboration and people conversation.</li>
<li>Utilize the best-in-class monitoring tools (GE SMART SIGNAL, SYSTEM ONE) and other maintenance &amp; reliability tools (SAP, iMOM, GE MERIDIUM) to support decisions in case of failures, or abnormal operating conditions.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to the maintenance team to enhance preventive maintenance strategies and checks, along with predictive maintenance strategies and operation-based maintenance checks</li>

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
You must hold a Bachelor degree in engineering (Preferably Mechanical Engineering).<br />
<br />
You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the reliability field.<br />
<br />
You must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all reliability programs such as RCM, RAM, FEMCA, Bad Actors, MTBF ...etc.<br />
<br />
Thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, and international codes, standards and specifications is also required.<br />
<br />
Familiarity with the main investigation tools and techniques like FRACAS, RCA, and TAPROOT is essential.<br />
