LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile Felsőfokú műszaki végzettség Min. 3 év tapasztalat CNC megmunkálási területen Min. 3 év üzemvezetői tapasztalat Angol vagy német nyelvtudás SAP és Office felhasználói ismeret Your responsibilities Ensures the supervision and continuity of production, in the required quantity and on time delivery to the satisfaction of customers. Plans the conditions and resources necessary for the efficient operation of the plant. Schedules manufacturing processes taking into account resource needs and capacity requirements. Ensures compliance with occupational discipline and safety regulations. Responsible for the supervision of the 5S and cleanliness of the work area. Regularly inspects the proper use of the production equipments under his/her supervision and participates in the continuous maintenance of their operational safety. Adherences the work instructions and monitors the observance of the valid technological and quality assurance regulations and the quality of the production processes. Supervises the documentation of processes, checks the validity of production documentation and operates the quality assurance system for his area of responsibility. Supports its subordinates and encourages them to participate in the improvement process. Supervises and performs the training of his subordinates in the tasks arising in production and necessary for quality work. Ensures the management, support, motivation and development of subordinates and the establishment of an effective organization. He is actively involved in the development of business processes.
