Ensuring that the appropriate Quality & Compliance standards and systems are implemented and maintained for the operation of the Johnson & Johnson Turkey Consumer operations. Also, that all external suppliers and service providers are qualified and relevant agreements are in place with them. Follow all the applicable J&J Consumer SOP’s as described in AMET Global Quality Manual Supplement FM-028782. Follow all the R&R’s assigned to her as per AMET cluster Roles & Responsibilities FM-022590. Approval of Finished Good Specifications, First Article Inspections, and Incoming Controls for new products, and ensuring that the products are in full compliance with applicable local requirements. Creation of Decoration Component Specifications for new products sourced from outside EMEA. Support Marketing and SC in the qualification of promotional materials and approve the finished put-up specifications of customized items. Qualifications Final year of university obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences graduating in December 2022 Leadership Behavior (good people management skills) Strong Quality background, able to give a pragmatic and consistent Quality perspective and to maintain a calm outlook at all times. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and completely fluent in English language Good team-worker.
