Do you have a broad generalist skill-set gained within media, digital or creative environments?</p><p>Handle are excited to be working with this creative company, who are looking for a brilliant HR Manager to join for a 12 month maternity cover role to start in January. </p><p>We are looking to find a multi-skilled and hands on HR Manager to support 120 people across UK, heading up a team of 2 and reporting directly to the CEO.</p><p>It's a really fast-paced and creative environment, and with the support of the team, the role will look after the full employee life-cycle, from talent management and recruitment, employee relations, DE&amp;I and payroll process through to strategic project work.</p><p>You'll have a flexible and pragmatic approach and be able to work at a senior level whilst also rolling up sleeves and doing more of the hands on tasks!</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach to HR, with a focus on getting the best results from busy people.
