Follow procedures and policies set by the company. Reports to Manager, Accounting . In this role, you will… Scan & process A/P invoices with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system; Handle vendor correspondence via phone or email; Process company credit card expenses, including credit card reconciliation and related documentation and processing; Filing and documentation; Send A/R invoices and settle customer billing disputes Perform other duties as required to support Finance Department; In this role, you’ll need … Bookkeeping certificate level 2 or higher; Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in A/P or General Accounting positions Moderate level of Excel; Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, commitment to details, and intensity to meet requirements on time; High standards of service attitude; Sound like a good fit?      Great!
