The Role We’re on the hunt for an experience ServiceNow Service Management Architect to join our team here at Wipro in a permanent capacity. As an Architect at Wipro you’ll have the ability to think outside of the box. You’ll have strong verbal and written communication skills alongside the ability to work collaboratively and proactively. What you’ll be responsible for in your new role: Providing technical leadership to a variety of projects; utilising your depth of knowledge in ServiceNow. Utilising your knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks to ensure successful outcomes for our customers and for Wipro. You’ll be defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements and preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals. You’ll use your leadership skills to provide technical guidance to project teams ensuring the performance design to deployment. Naturally, you’ll also be providing guidance, perform reviews whilst also preventing and resolving technical issues. To help us level up, you’ll need to have. 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in a similar capacity. Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Developer across the ITSM/CSM modules. Solid experience in JavaScript and Web Service Integration experience. Experience in patching and lifecycle upgrade of ServiceNow. IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science ServiceNow CSA, CIS certification on ITSM. If you only meet some of the requirements for this role, that's okay!!!
