Job Description Transaction Processing Associate IV Recruiting Now! Overnight Shift Conduent Business Services – Onsite- Glen Burnie, Maryland Shift Sunday- Thursday- 8:00PM- 4:30AM Competitive Salary + 10% differential + health, dental & vision benefits Job Summary: This position supports the business operations by performing processing tasks such as mailroom sorting and machine operation, high and low speed mail opening and scanning, exceptions processing and similar activities. The individual who fills this position will captures and validates more complex data, researches and examines issues and ensures information is available for next steps, completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data, and follows up pending research documents. This position is considered a production-oriented position, which includes adherence to Client based service level agreement goals. You will receive paid training directly on the production floor depending on your previous experience. Must be nice to have: Previous lockbox experience preferred Must have the basic skills to use a telephone, computer, fax and/or adding machine as needed Must be detail oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and accurately interpret information Must meet the physical demands of the job: will require repetitive use of hands and sitting for long periods of time and may require some bending, lifting, twisting, turning, and standing for long periods of time. Must have excellent communications skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must have experience working under strict deadlines in a production- oriented environment. Able to work with limited supervision, evaluate issues and find the best solution for clients and end-users. Mentors, trains and support new hires.
