<b>Lead a team that makes a difference to our business </b><br />
<br />
The Remote Operations Service Delivery Manager is primarily responsible for representing RTDTVS applications and providing services to internal Baker Hughes product companies and Baker Hughes customers; responsible for all Service Support and Service Delivery actions taken to ensure Local Operations Team meets SLAs, business needs and new business requirements. Responsible for overall Baker Hughes RTDTVS Customer Satisfaction.<br />

You will be responsible for:<br />
<br />
&bull; Promoting and complying with Baker Hughes policies and procedures.<br />
<br />
&bull; Managing the relationship between Key Customer Stakeholders and engage with Baker Hughes and third-party product management companies and/or application development groups.<br />
<br />
&bull; Working with the product management team to provide requirements and acceptance criteria for new application features<br />
<br />
&bull; Working with internal global service management, product management, and service quality teams to assess priority for new features and upcoming releases<br />
<br />
&bull; Working with the software teams to ensure critical software bugs are addressed in a timely manner<br />
<br />
&bull; Collaborating with Customer Internal Operations Team to report key KPIs and SLAs to the customer in a timely manner and align organization priorities to customer requirements<br />
<br />
&bull; Ensuring the new application releases and bug fixes are coordinated through testing in key customer specific environments for validation<br />
<br />
&bull; Communicating with customers where appropriate regarding upcoming features and is extremely knowledgeable about the software functionality<br />
<br />

To be successful in this role you will:<br />

&bull; Have a bachelor&
39;s degree in engineering, geosciences or IT<br />
<br />
&bull; Have a minimum of 5 years&
39; experience in upstream oilfield industry.<br />
<br />
&bull; Have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience<br />
<br />
&bull; Have a working knowledge of MWD/LWD/SLS or Wireline Systems operations.<br />
<br />
&bull; Have a strong knowledge of WITSML standard, mnemonics, data quality, and data fidelity.<br />
