Location: WDV S Department: SE T SV AF ZA Mode of Employment: Permanent / Full-time LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile Diploma, bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering MBA Advantageous Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic selling and business development, Ability to understand customers’ requirements 8-10 years in leading a large team Experience in sales stimulation and through knowledge of CRM Effective Team Player Excellent intercultural working relationships Wide ranging commercial and contractual experience Track record of excellent communications & Influencing skills Strong team player with good interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively to achieve targets Aware of the challenges working for a large corporate company Must be willing to travel Your responsibilities Defines, decides and ensures implementation of Customer Services related strategy, policies and guidelines of the respective organizational unit from a commercial and technical point of view Ensures implementation of corporate standards and guidelines in respective area of responsibility Ensures the achievement of the Services units business goals in cooperation with the regional services organisations Guides and supports internal interfaces to other business types (e.g.) Product Solution) and external interfaces (e.g. customers, suppliers_ Acts as ultimate point of escalation to drive sustainable solution of mission critical external and internal issues and problems Ensures providing necessary work environment, tools and processes to optimally deliver services to customers Has P&L responsibility for respective area of responsibility Heads overall organization assigned, and leads all related management and staff Your opportunities for personal growth Key member of the Service & Digital leadership team Developing the strategy for the southern African region Creating synergies with the Transmission Products and other business units LET’S TALK ABOUT US
