PMO Analyst

Auto req ID: 256802BR Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for the project management day to day, e.g. owning and tracking work plans, key milestones, and deliverables or setting up and preparing key meetings. Furthermore, you initiate and conduct ad-hoc as well as deep-dive analyses on an as-need basis. You will work at the interface between the sector and local program teams. You are taking minutes during the meetings, organizing the different meetings, working with the program lead on the presentations. Main activities & responsibilities •Coordinate the PMO activities, as key support to Program Lead •Own and maintain program plan, track deliverables and major milestones both of country and functional teams using a wide suite of project management tools •Support regular review cadence with functions and BUs on progress •Prepare presentations, maintain meeting schedule on a sector level, conduct meetings, prepare and distribute documentation •Conduct selected deep dive and ad-hoc analyses on an as-need basis •Closely work with GBS and Finance on savings and impact tracking •Coordinate and prioritize requests from sector, functions, and countries Qualifications/Requirements •Good project management experience, preferably within PEP transformation •Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems •Experienced in handling several responsibilities in parallel, resilience •Very responsive and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment •Ability to deliver to target and accuracy, and quickly connect the dots •Superior project management skills incl. solid understanding of standard PMO tools •Good understanding of key activities, roles, and responsibilities per function in scope •Solid understanding of challenges in transformation contexts •Clear communication skills (both written/oral) tailored to different levels of seniority Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation Job Type: Regular
