Outreach Coordinator-MSW-FT Days

<br><b>Description</b><p>Responsible for the daily operations of the off-site facility for private patient services</p><br><b>Responsibilities</b><p>1. Professionally welcomes patients and assists in the gathering of all pertinent information and specimens</p><p>2. Completes requisitions</p><p>3. Collects all required specimens using proper safety techniques</p><p>4. Identifies and labels all specimens and keeps logs (manual and/or computerized)</p><p>5. Reviews accuracy of billing information and forwards specimens to appropriate testing facility</p><p>6. Maintains an adequate inventory of supplies</p><p>7. Maintains a clean and neat work area</p><p>8. Follows-up on all test results in a timely manner</p><p>9. Answers phone inquiries about all specimens collected</p><p>10. Delivers specimen to laboratories personally, if necessary</p><p>11. Provides weekly reports as requested on site for the Outreach Manager</p><p>12. Remains familiar with laboratory safety practices</p><p>13.
