The Role As a Senior Consultant – AI & Automation you will be expected to work on a range of engagements helping clients reimagine, redesign and realise the benefits of AI and Automation technologies. To be successful in this role you will have experience in: Requirements analysis, creating user stories, impact analysis, identifying and designing Robotics Process Analysis (RPA) solutions Business process consulting, due-diligence, business analysis, process improvement/re-engineering, digital transformation, process and digital maturity Assessment. Proficiency in managing & driving end to end improvement projects including Value Stream Mapping, identifying automation opportunities and providing recommendations, developing business cases. Effectively communicating with clients and colleagues to work effectively in digital ways of working Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting and whitepapers. Be an effective communicator, able to work effectively as a team player To help us level up, you'll ideally have: Experience of leading and delivering consulting engagements from Initiation through to Discovery, Design and Implementation Experience across multiple sectors and locations Experience in supporting the identification and development of consulting business opportunities Transformation experience across front, middle and back office areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Customer service and HR Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in Automation, AI and Advanced Analytics including NLP, hyper automation, machine learning advisory and implementation. Experience in building and sustaining collaboration with project stakeholders, including coaching and mentoring as requested from the key relevant stakeholders Large-scale and/or global transformation experience; Agile implementation experience Strong analytical skills and a critical thinker. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
