You will provide specialized engineering services as part of customized reservoir management practices to maximize the extraction of mineral-rich brines from oil-field brines (such as lithium and other critical minerals) and optimize Net Present Value (NPV).<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><br><ul> <li> Formulate brine reservoir development, data acquisition, and sustainable extraction-and-reinjection strategies. </li> <li> Design and implement solutions for brine reservoir performance analysis, flow dynamics, and field development plans focusing on consistent mineral concentration yields. </li> <li> Supervise and support comprehensive reservoir modeling and simulation studies to identify optimal well spacing for both extraction and disposal/reinjection wells. </li> <li> Monitor operating expenses to operate and maintain wells to produce the highest volumes of mineral-rich brine at the lowest cost. </li> <li> Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (geoscience, drilling, production) in planning and conducting reservoir field studies focused on fluid-rock interactions and brine enrichment zones. </li> <li> Prepare requirements for well construction and develop designs for extraction and reinjection wells, providing technical assistance to drilling staff. </li> <li> Provide economic evaluation to support fast-paced development decisions. </li> <li> Train and mentor young engineers and professionals within the department. </li> </ul><br><b>Education & Experience Requirements</b><br><br><ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Hydrogeology from an accredited university (Advanced degree preferred). </li> <li> 10+ years of experience in reservoir engineering or advanced hydrogeology, including expertise in reservoir simulation, reserves management (preferably brine), and formation </li> </ul><br><b>Work Location & Work Schedule</b><br><br><b> Work Location: </b> Within Saudi Arabia - To be specified in Job offer<br> <br><b> Work Schedule: </b> Full Time - To be specified in Job offer<br><br><b> Working environment </b> <br> <br> Our high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly. <br> <br> At Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
