Drilling and Completions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven <b>Completions Engineer</b> to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of well completion operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with operational leadership to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-performing wells.<br> <b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Develop, design, and execute comprehensive well completion programs aligned with project and production objectives</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with drilling, reservoir, and production teams to ensure operational integration and efficiency</li><li>Prepare detailed completion programs, technical procedures, cost forecasts, and post-job reports</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies</li><li>Analyze post-completion data to evaluate well performance and drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives</li><li>Lead and manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality execution and operational excellence</li></ul><b>Required Skills & Expertise</b><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of completion systems, tools, and downhole equipment</li><li>Proven experience in stimulation, workover, and well intervention operations</li><li>Strong proficiency in industry-standard engineering software and data analysis tools</li><li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to perform decisively in high-pressure, fast-paced operational environments</li></ul><br><br>With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
