Patient Transporter PRN Mid Shift

<strong>Department</strong><br><br>Central Transport <br><strong>Job Summary</strong><br><br><p> Provides support to all multidisciplinary patient care departments by providing transport service for patients throughout the institution.<br /></p> <br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br><br><p> - Require Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within ninety (90) days of hire which must be maintained thereafter.<br />- Require availability for weekends, holidays and other shifts.<br /></p> <br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br><br><p> - Prefer demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.<br />- Prefer experience in customer service/relations-related positions, preferably within the healthcare or hospitality setting.<br />- Prefer amiable personality and a willing and cooperative attitude.<br />- Prefer demonstrated use appropriate customer service skills and judgment when in contact with patients, the public, and other staff members.<br /></p> <br><strong>Mandatory Education</strong><br><br><p> </p> <br><strong>Preferred Education</strong><br><br><p> HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate<br /></p> <br><strong>Required License and Certs</strong><br><br><p> </p> <br><strong>Preferred License and Certs</strong><br><br><p> </p>
