The team is empowered and expected to make the technical decisions needed to deliver robust, great-looking products that meet customer needs, and they work closely with other parts of the organisation to achieve this. Everyone on the team is responsible for all parts of the system being built, run, and supported, making it an ideal place for a leader who wants to expand their own technical skillset as well as grow as a leader by coaching team members. The team values learning from and supporting each other in order to benefit from our different strengths and experiences. We are strong believers that collaboration is key to innovation and to produce a user experience and a technical solution that we can be proud of.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The team is responsible for designing, building, running and supporting several products within the Trade Lifecycle division.</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Impact: </b><span>The team lead plays an important role in the success of the company, both directly through the achievements, learning and improvements of their own team, but also by driving change in tools and processes used in other parts of the technology organisation as well as by creating and facilitating cross-team collaborations.
