For more information, visit www.pepsico.com Responsibilities • Responsible for the management of the PepsiCo HRMS data base and quality of HR data • Inputs changes related to the Employee life cycle into HR systems (sickness leaves, maternities, long absences, salary adjustments …) • Manages Digital work card & ERGANI II process (hires, terminations, salary changes, overtime management) • Prepares monthly HR reporting and liaises with HRBPs for Data analytics requests • Supports internal and external audit by local authorities to secure legal compliance • Supports payroll process by providing relevant employee information (time attendance, vacation management, sickness leave management, work schedule,…) • Responsible for the employee benefits administration (medical enrolment card, cost management for fleet/mobile expenses, benefits in kind distribution e.g. allowances, meal vouchers,…) • Organizes and maintains personnel physical records • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues Qualifications University degree 1-2 years of relevant professional experience Βasic knowledge of the English language Computer skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy
