You will engage in meaningful projects that enhance operational efficiency and support the team in delivering sustainable energy solutions. Your contributions will directly impact team dynamics, client relationships, and the overall mission of Siemens Energy, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. <br><br> <b><br></b> <br><br><b>How You'll Make an Impact:</b> <br><br><ul><li> Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth site operations. </li><li> Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation. </li><li> Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for Project Managers. </li><li> Assist in preparing project-related documents, including contracts and reports. </li><li> Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events. </li><li> Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. </li></ul><br><b>What You Bring:</b> <br><br><ul><li> Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. </li><li> 2-5 years of experience in a multicultural office environment. </li><li> Proven experience as an Office Admin or similar role in a project-based setting. </li><li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li> Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus. </li><li> High level of discretion, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. </li><li> Ability to handle site procurement requirements in liaising with SCM and in cash/ credit card. </li></ul><br><b>About the team:</b> <br> <br> Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
